Whether you are my assigned gifter or thinking about writing me a treat (treats are very welcome :)), these are just some ideas to get the writing juices flowing. Please feel free to use, ignore, or partially use anything I’ve written here (except for the DNWs, pls don’t ignore those.)

My DNWs vary depending on the fandom

In general I have a pretty wide and varied taste and I also love any type of ending, so feel free to give me something that ends happily, terribly, tragically, bittersweet, open-ended, or anything in between and I will love it. I am also not picky about the length of the fic I receive, so if you want to gift me anything from one massive fic to 34 300 word ficlets, I will also be very happy.

괴물 | Beyond Evil (TV)

Pairing: Lee Dongsik/Han Juwon

Prompts:

Consider: a Lee twins role-reversal au of sorts. Wherein Lee Dongsik is the twin that disappears and Lee Yuyeon is the one that remains. 20 years later Han Juwon still somehow gets involved investigating the case, rather specifically he becomes obsessed with finding the missing Lee Dongsik, even as he’s supposed to be primarily investigating the serial murders Lee Dongsik’s disappearance was related to. Lee Dongsik can be either still alive and living under a different identity for whatever reason or super dead in this au, up to you 

Alternatively, a cisswap genderbend JWDS au where a Han Juwon that actually fits Kang Jinmook’s victim profile decides to use herself as bait instead of using Lee Geumhwa. She meets Lee Dongsik and the results are inconclusive. It would be fun if this Han Juwon actually does accidentally get herself kidnapped by Kang Jinmook too but is rescued before anything too permanent happens to her. Up to you if you want to genderbend Lee Dongsik in this au also or not

악마판사 | The Devil Judge (TV)

Pairings: Kang Yohan/Kim Gaon, Kang Isaac/Kang Yohan (I prefer this ship to be one-sided pining on Kang Yohan's part), Kang Elijah & Kang Yohan, and Kang Elijah & Kang Yohan & Kim Gaon

Prompts:

Bit of a vague prompt but I’d love to see something that really leans into and accentuates the gothic vibes in the show that are already present (the claustrophobic almost haunted creepy house, the rich family full of tragic secrets, the inherent weirdness/incest vibes of Kang Yohan having romantic feelings for Kim Gaon when Kim Gaon looks so much like Kang Isaac, Kang Elijah's isolation from the world, etc.)

Alternatively, an au where everything is the same except Elijah is Kang Yohan’s bio daughter, and this is the other major secret that Kang Yohan is keeping from Elijah and is the product of Kang Yohan havinh an affair with Elijah’s mom out of possessiveness and jealousy over Isaac (you can make Kang Yohan have unrequited incest feelings for Isaac if you want. I love it when Gahan has a weird pseudo-incest vibe because of Kim Gaon’s physical resemblance to Isaac). It's up to you if Isaac knew or not but I just love the idea of Yohan's guilt over this contributing to his guilt over having not been able to save Isaac from the fire

六爻 | Liu Yao: The Revitalization of Fuyao Sect - priest

Pairing: Cheng Qian/Yan Zhengming

Prompts:

I’d love something post-canon. Preferably fluff, but I’m happy with angst as well. Maybe a proper resolution for Cheng Qian getting pissed off about Yan Zhengming asking Li Yun to make the Heart-Purging Pills (cuz that argument got interrupted by Han Tan going off to become Yao Queen), or maybe all of Fuyao Sect going on a field trip to visit Han Yuan in Nanjiang, or maybe some MingQian PDA, or maybe Cheng Qian observing some habits Shuikeng, Li Yun, and Yan Zhengming have that they developed in the 100 year time skip and he pouts about feeling left out or something. The entire time I read this novel I just wanted to see our 5 major characters be able to go home and live in found family happiness, so something with them doing that post-canon would be nice (and if you write smut, I humbly submit a request for stone top!Cheng Qian/pillow princess!Yan Zhengming)

Alternatively, I'd love to see a modern cultivation au where Cheng Qian isn’t able to reform his body and instead he reincarnates centuries later. It is now modern times and somehow fate wills that Cheng Qian is reunited with his, now very long-lived, sect members so that they can finally go home to Fuyao Mountain

I would love to see an au where Lu Guang really does die from the stab wound he gets from Li Tianchen in Qiao Ling's body and Cheng Xiaoshi does give into temptation and dives into the past to save him. ShiGuang are now locked in a tragic holding pattern where they are unknowingly chasing each other through time to save each other. To make this prompt really fun, you can add in the new info we learn from Yingdu about Cheng Xiaoshi’s mother also diving back into time, so I want the angst of Cheng Xiaoshi, in going back in time to save Lu Guang, thinking he’s betrayed not only Lu Guang’s rules but also his promise to his mother that he wouldn’t mess with time so that she could save his dad, and what the toll of keeping such a secret from his loved ones does to him

Alternatively, I'd love to see a This Is How You Lose the Time War au for ShiGuang where Lu Guang is going on an angst-ridden field trip through time to collect fragments of Cheng Xiaoshi to try to bring him back to life. Up to you whether he succeeds or fails

余污 - 肉包不吃肉 | Remnants of Filth - Meatbun Doesn't Eat Meat

Pairing: Gu Mang/Mo Xi, Solo: Mo Xi, Solo: Gu Mang

Prompts:

I’m kind of…unhinged about Mo Xi lol. He’s the character of all time for me. He awakens all these latent sadistic tendencies in myself that I didn’t know I had. I especially love to read him sopping wet, tortured, and pathetic (which is prob why I liked Yuwu so much considering the entire story is essentially Mo Xi getting emotionally bullied by basically every single character 😂). So I want Mo Xi whump. Lots of it. I want him miserable, soggy, bullied, frustrated, constantly about to cry, and then actually crying. Preferably for Gu Mang-related reasons but it doesn’t have to be. Can be canonverse or au of choice, just please put him in the torture labyrinth and let me watch. (If you choose to write smut, I humbly submit a request for subby bottom!Mo Xi)

Alternatively, if you're looking for a more solid prompt, I would be very interested in a canonverse warprize au. Maybe some time after Gu Mang stabs Mo Xi, Mo Xi is captured by the Liao kingdom and Guoshi gives Mo Xi as a warprize to Gu Mang to “reward” Gu Mang for being a good general or something. Angst and Mo Xi whump (again I’m a huge fan of Mo Xi whump) proceed. It would be extra fun (for me lol) if Mo Xi is imprisoned and tortured by the Liao Kingdom for a while before Gu Mang is “rewarded” with him. Gu Mang being directly confronted with physical evidence of exactly how much he has failed to protect Mo Xi is the kind of angst that’s my jam. I looooove Yuwu for its angst and tragedy (in fact my personal hot take on Yuwu is that it should’ve ended in tragedy) so the angstier the better

전지적 독자 시점 - 싱숑 | Omniscient Reader - Sing-Shong (Novel)

Alternatively, I'd love to see a take on a role reversal au where Lee Jihye is the one to die in the First Scenario and Na Bori is the one to live. Cue the angst

Prompts:

One of the saddest things about canon to me is how Qi Yan is unable to thrive in her full horse girl glory (cuz you know. The plot). So I would love to read something that lets her do that. Can be canonverse or au and can still incorporate lots of angst and toxic yuri and whatnot but I just really want to see Qi Yan have some quality time with horses too

Alternatively, I’m just so intrigued and curious about The Masked Person/Li Yanru, especially because of her extra, that I just would love to read literally anything centered around her (you can write about her and Nangong Sunu or her and Concubine Wan, or just leave it gen, all of it is fine with me, I just would love to see something about her)

魔道祖师 - 墨香铜臭 | Modao Zushi - Moxiang Tongxiu

Prompts:

I would love to see a dramatic and messy band au for 3zun (with either just NieYao or ot3). I don’t care what kind of band they are, if 3zun are like a cpop idol boy group or like a rock band, what I care about is the drama and messiness of their dynamic. The polyamory negotiations (were there any negotiations or have they just been technically cheating on each other with each other Challengers (2024)-style lol) have NOT gone well. Constant fights and breaking up and making up. They’re pulling a Fleetwood Mac and performing thinly veiled breakup or love songs they’ve written about each other on stage while making intense intimate eye contact and then refusing to talk about it after the performance. NieYao are 5 seconds away from making out or actually murdering each other at all times and Lan Xichen thinks everything is going just fine. And of course they’re hiding all of this from the public cuz they have to appear single for ~marketability~. Lan Wangji watches the mess that is Lan Xichen’s career and love life and desperately wishes that his brother would quit the band to join him and Wei Wuxian in their chill traditional Chinese classical orchestra. They can be on a survival show for extra drama if you want. Do you see my vision?

Alternatively, I'd love to see a NieYao canonverse maybe-but-not-really fix-it where Nie Mingjue doesn't actually die during his evil song induced qi deviation (though Nie Huaisang doesn't know this) and instead Jin Guangyao essentially atticwifes Nie Mingjue in his super secret mancave mirror room. It's up to you how this goes down and whether or not this has a better ending than canon

The Locked Tomb Series | Gideon the Ninth Series - Tamsyn Muir

I would love to see post-canon Vash mourning Wolfwood, whether you want to write their past relationship as having been platonic, romantic, both, neither, or somewhere in between 

I also like the concept of during canon Wolfwood doing some guilty pining over Vash cuz he knows his role is to lead Vash back to Knives but he can’t help but love Vash
